We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
With all tags attached and in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on skincare products or bath products unless they are faulty or damaged.

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which gives you the right to cancel online orders within 14 days of receipt (cooling-off period), even if the goods are not faulty.
